Cancellation Policy

At Gulet Cruises, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness for both our guests and our operation.

The following cancellation terms apply to all confirmed bookings unless otherwise stated in writing.

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date written notice is received by the Tour Operator:

• More than 60 days before departure: 100% refund of all payments made

• 59–45 days before departure: 30% of total trip price

• 44–31 days before departure: 50% of total trip price

• 30–15 days before departure: 70% of total trip price

• 14–0 days before departure: 100% of total trip price

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

2. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date, or cancellation on the day of departure, will be treated as a no-show. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of written cancellation confirmation.

Bank charges, currency exchange differences or transaction fees imposed by financial institutions are not the responsibility of Gulet Cruises.

4. Trip Modifications & Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a confirmed booking must be submitted in writing.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes. Additional charges may apply if the new departure date carries a higher rate.

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and unforeseen circumstances.
