1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit payment.
The booking form must be completed by the lead passenger (minimum age 18), who acts on behalf of all members of the group and accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the booking details.
Once availability is confirmed, an invoice for the deposit or full payment will be issued. It is the passenger’s responsibility to review all documentation carefully. Any discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of issue.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit of 30% of the total trip price is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day the cruise commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe will be treated as cancellation, and the deposit will be retained.
3. Changes & Cancellations by Passengers
All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. While we will endeavour to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed. An administration fee of EUR 20 per passenger may apply, in addition to any supplier-imposed costs.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
• More than 60 days before departure: No charge
• 59–45 days: 30% of total trip price
• 44–31 days: 50% of total trip price
• 30–15 days: 70% of total trip price

No refunds will be provided for unused services after travel has commenced.
4. Changes & Cancellations by the Tour Operator
We endeavour to operate all departures as advertised. However, due to the nature of maritime travel, itinerary adjustments may be necessary.
Minor changes, including route modifications due to weather or sea conditions, may be made at the captain’s discretion for safety reasons.
In the event of a major change prior to departure (such as a significant alteration to the itinerary or downgrade in accommodation), passengers will be offered:
• An alternative trip of equivalent standard
• A lower-grade alternative with refund of the price difference
• A full refund of payments made
5. Force Majeure
The Tour Operator shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or political unrest.
6. Insurance
All vessels are fully insured in accordance with Turkish maritime regulations.
Passengers are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal injury, cancellation, repatriation and personal belongings.
The Tour Operator accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property, nor for costs arising from inadequate insurance coverage.
7. Liability
Participation in a sailing holiday involves inherent risks associated with maritime travel and natural environments. By booking, passengers acknowledge and accept these risks.
Optional excursions and third-party activities are undertaken at the passenger’s own discretion and risk.
All vessels are insured; however, claims relating to onboard incidents must be directed to the relevant vessel owner and their insurer.
8. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards crew and fellow guests at all times.
The captain reserves the right to terminate the participation of any passenger whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or offensive, without refund.
Swimming is at passengers’ own risk. Smoking is strictly prohibited in interior areas of the vessel.
9. Complaints
Any complaint must be reported immediately to the captain or Tour Operator to allow the opportunity for resolution during the trip.
Post-trip complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the end of travel. Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect the ability to investigate the matter.
10. Medical Conditions & Special Requests
Passengers must inform the Tour Operator prior to confirmation of any medical conditions, dietary requirements or allergies that may affect participation.
Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the quality or availability of services.
11. Optional Excursions
Optional excursions such as diving or paragliding are operated by independent third-party providers.
Participation is at the passenger’s own risk. The Tour Operator accepts no responsibility for the acts, omissions or safety standards of such providers.
12. Travel Documentation
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and any required health documentation.
Passports must generally be valid for at least six months beyond the date of travel.
Failure to secure the necessary documentation does not entitle the passenger to a refund.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
To process bookings, we collect personal information including names, passport details and contact information.
We do not store credit card details. Personal data is shared only where necessary to provide services or where required by law.
By booking, passengers consent to being contacted regarding relevant travel information and future offers, unless they opt out.
