Itinerary
Our meeting point will be the gulet at the harbour at 11:00 a.m. for boarding and a short welcome briefing from the captain and crew. Once everyone is settled on board, the gulet departs Marmaris and begins sailing along the beautiful coastline of the Turkish Riviera.
Our first stop is the picturesque Kadırga Bay, a perfect spot for a refreshing swim in crystal-clear waters or simply relaxing on deck while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Later in the afternoon, the cruise continues towards Bozukkale, a quiet and scenic bay known for its historic atmosphere and dramatic coastal views.
The gulet anchors here for the night, giving you time to unwind on deck, take in the tranquil setting, and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner on board as the sun sets over the Aegean Sea.
Wake up to the famously clear waters of Palamutbükü, where the sea is known for its exceptional visibility and calm, inviting atmosphere. Start the day with a refreshing swim or relax on deck while enjoying the peaceful morning along the beautiful Datça Peninsula.
Later, the gulet continues sailing towards the ancient city of Knidos, one of the most fascinating archaeological sites on the Aegean coast. Here you will have time to explore the ruins of temples, theatres, and ongoing excavations set on this dramatic classical headland overlooking two seas.
In the late afternoon, the cruise arrives near the charming Datça Old Town, with its honey-coloured stone houses, boutique shops, and relaxed harbour cafés. Guests can stroll through the narrow streets, browse local artisan stores, or enjoy a sunset drink by the waterfront before returning to the gulet for a peaceful night at anchor.
Start the morning with an early sail to Black Island, just outside Bodrum, known for its striking volcanic landscape and vivid blue waters. After breakfast, there is time for a final refreshing swim in this beautiful bay, a perfect moment to enjoy the calm of the Aegean before the journey continues.
After lunch, the gulet rounds the headland and enters Bodrum’s famous twin harbours, one of the most iconic sailing destinations along the Turkish Riviera. Overlooking the marina stands the impressive Bodrum Castle, while the surrounding town reveals whitewashed streets.
Spend the afternoon exploring the vibrant atmosphere of Bodrum, enjoying open-air dining by the sea or wandering through the charming old streets. As evening falls, celebrate the final night of your Marmaris to Bodrum gulet cruise in a city renowned for its sailing culture and unforgettable Bodrum yacht charter nights.
Following breakfast, it is time to say goodbye to the crew and fellow travellers before disembarkation around 09:00 a.m. Guests can continue exploring the charming streets of Bodrum, transfer to Bodrum Milas Airport, or extend their stay in this vibrant coastal town, bringing a memorable Sail Turkey journey to a close.

It's my second year doing a sailing cruise with Gulet Cruises and I absolutely love it!
The crew is always very good, the food is to die for, the cabins are very clean and large enough if you have to share with someone. There are different spaces where you can relax or sunbathe on the boat, the stops in the different bays are always beautiful and you can go on the land for short excursions in cute villages or climb a hill for a sunset!
Already looking forward to my 3rd trip next year!
